This website describes a preventive care program that your physician’s practice was modeled after.  Each practice is independently owned and operated with support services provided by MDVIP.  Your physician is not an agent or employee of MDVIP.  Further, MDVIP has absolutely no involvement in any medical decision made by your physician.  It is your doctor’s plan to provide you the services described herein.  We hope this website will help you to understand the services your physician will provide to you in his or her new practice.
