    Disabling Pop-up Blockers

    To take full advantage of all the features of this site, you must disable pop-up blockers on your computer.

    There are many pop-up blockers available today. Many browsers have built-in pop-up blockers, as do some toolbars, such as the Google Toolbar. 

    Below are instructions for disabling the most common pop-up blockers.

    Disabling Internet Explorer's Pop-up Blocker

    To disable the pop-up blocker in Internet Explorer:
    1. On the Internet Explorer main menu, click Tools.
    2. Then click Pop-up Blocker on the Tools menu.
    3. Slide your cursor across from Pop-up Blocker and click Turn Off Pop-up Blocker

    Other Pop-up Blockers

    If you are using a pop-up blocker not mentioned above, you will have to review the help instructions provided by the pop-up blocker vendor. If there are no instructions, you should visit the vendor’s support website for details on how to disable the pop-up blocker.

    Browser Preferences
    For this website to function properly, Cookies and JavaScript must be enabled in your browser preferences.

    To ensure your browser enables cookies:

    1. On the Internet Explorer main menu, click Tools. Then click Internet Options on the Tools menu, and then click the Privacy tab.

    2. Move the slider bar on the left-hand side to Medium (in the middle of the bar) to ensure cookies are enabled in your browser.

    To ensure your browser enables JavaScript:

    1.   Open Internet Explorer.

    2.   On the Internet Explorer main menu, click on Tools, then click on Internet Options.

    3.   Click on the Security tab.

    4.   In the Security level for this zone box, click on the Custom level button.  A new Security Settings window will appear.

    5.   Scroll down towards the bottom of the Security Settings box to the Scripting section and ensure that the Enable radio button is checked for Active Scripting.

    6.   Click the OK button twice to close the dialogue box. 

    7.   Click the Refresh button or press the <F5> key on your keyboard to apply these settings to your browser.
