Disabling Pop-up Blockers
To take full advantage of all the features of this site, you must
disable pop-up blockers on your computer.
There are many pop-up blockers available today. Many browsers have
built-in pop-up blockers, as do some toolbars, such as the
Google Toolbar.
Below are instructions for disabling the most common pop-up blockers.

Disabling Internet Explorer's Pop-up Blocker
To disable the pop-up blocker in Internet Explorer:
1. On the Internet Explorer main menu, click
Tools.
2. Then click Pop-up Blocker
on the Tools menu.
3. Slide your cursor across from
Pop-up Blocker and click
Turn Off Pop-up Blocker.

Disabling Google Toolbar's Pop-up Blocker for Internet Explorer

Other Pop-up Blockers
If you are using a pop-up blocker not mentioned above, you will have to
review the help instructions provided by the pop-up blocker vendor. If
there are no instructions, you should visit the vendor’s support website
for details on how to disable the pop-up blocker.

Browser Preferences

these settings to your browser.
